The AlbLoft is an 82 m² apartment on the first floor of a new building, for up to 6 guests, a 10-minute drive from Tübingen and a 6-minute walk from Kirchentellinsfurt station.
The open living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony facing the green, a sofa that converts into a bed for 2, a smart TV with Apple TV and a dining table for 6. Bedroom 1 has a 1.80 m double bed, bedroom 2 a 1.40 m bed and a desk with a chair. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
A washer-dryer in the apartment makes longer stays comfortable. The apartment has its own entrance and a free parking space right at the house with a charging point for electric cars. Check-in is self-service via a keypad lock. There is no lift; the apartment is reached by stairs.
Please note: the drive up to the house is short but steep and narrow. There is no lift.
