The apartments
Both in the same new building at the edge of the village, both with their own entrance. One is built for groups and families, the other for people travelling alone or as a couple.
Families & groups
82 m² · first floor · up to 6 guests
Open living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony. A 1.80 m double bed in the first bedroom, a 1.40 m bed and a desk in the second. Large walk-in shower.
Business & couples
45 m² · top floor · up to 4 guests
Living area under sloped ceilings with an armchair, a reading corner and a view into the green. A 1.80 m double bed, a table for four that doubles as a desk. Modern bathroom with a large shower.
Both together
AlbLoft and DachNest sit one above the other and can be joined through a connecting door into a single home: 127 m², up to ten guests, two kitchens, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and two sofa beds.
Each floor also works on its own: its own kitchen, its own bathroom, its own entrance. The connecting door can be opened or left closed.
Six in the AlbLoft, four in the DachNest. Anyone who needs quiet in the evening has a floor to themselves.
Airbnb and Booking sell each apartment separately – the combination does not exist there. Only on request with us.
The rate depends on dates and length, so we quote it on request. We usually reply the same day.
In both apartments
Free, right at the house, no hunting for a space. A charging point for electric cars is available; the electricity is billed separately.
A keypad lock instead of a key handover. A late arrival after a delayed flight is no problem.
Not in the basement, not shared. The reason stays of several weeks work here.
Oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso, water filter. Not the usual holiday-let minimum.
Summer
Heating and cooling run through a heat pump and the underfloor system. In summer, cold water runs through the screed and draws the heat out of the rooms – silently, with no draught and no dry air. All windows also have blinds.
Location
Kirchentellinsfurt sits at the edge of the Schönbuch forest, right on the river. The lake and the riverbank are a short walk or cycle away, the station is six minutes on foot.
Please note: the drive up to the house is short but steep and narrow. There is no lift.
From 4 weeks
Both apartments are let fully equipped – washer-dryer, kitchen, Wi-Fi and parking included. For stays from four weeks we quote a monthly rate instead of nightly rates and agree arrival and cleaning individually.
We usually reply the same day. We invoice companies directly.
For companies
Both apartments are set up for stays of several weeks up to half a year – for project assignments, installations, interim mandates and anyone staying longer than a hotel makes sense for.
Utilities, electricity, heating and internet are part of the monthly rate. Washer-dryer in the apartment, a kitchen you can really cook in, a proper desk, free parking (charging point billed separately).
Monthly, with VAT shown separately. One contact instead of a booking portal and a hotel chain.
Beyond that a new contract is needed. Reutlingen 15 minutes, Tübingen with the university hospital 10, Metzingen 20 – without a car: the station is a six-minute walk.
Companies typically plan around seven weeks ahead of move-in. With only two apartments a period fills up quickly – it pays to ask early.

Self check-in via a keypad lock. You get the code and directions by email two days before arrival. Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00.
Yes, one free space per apartment right at the house. A second car can park along Karlstraße. The drive up is short but steep and narrow.
Yes, there is a charging point at the parking space. Charging is billed separately; the space itself is free.
No. Both apartments are pet-free, out of consideration for guests with animal-hair allergies.
Both apartments are cooled through a heat pump and the underfloor system: silent and draught-free, but slow and even rather than instant. There is no split unit.
Yes. Bookings are possible up to one day before arrival, with a one-night minimum.

Yes, always – on longer stays too. Each guest gets one large and one small towel.

Yes, without restriction. The keypad lock works around the clock – even at two in the morning you do not have to call anyone.
A travel cot is available. We do not have a high chair, so you would need to bring one.
No. Smoking is not permitted in either apartment or on the balcony.
