When you open this website, our hosting provider processes server log data (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Processing takes place in a data centre in Germany under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. According to the provider, log files are deleted after seven days at the latest. There is no transfer to third countries and we do not analyse this data.
Fonts (Fraunces and Inter, SIL Open Font License) are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party server.
The booking process takes place on a page operated by our booking provider Lodgify (Codebay Innovation S.L., Barcelona, Spain).
The enquiry form on the home page collects your name, email address and the details you provide about your request, dates, number of guests and message. We use them solely to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Name and email are required; without them we cannot reply. The form is processed on our hosting provider’s server (see Server logs) and delivered to our mailbox as an email only. The details are not stored in a database, and the sender’s IP address and browser identification are not recorded. Our mailbox is operated via Microsoft 365; from the moment of delivery its terms apply. We delete enquiries once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
